I was mostly posting it for masturbation material for the pitt clique.
How kind. That 42-39 video is getting worn out
It’s literally all they’re going to have for yearsss once PSU kicks their *** yet again next year in Happy Valley.

With only like, 2 spots needed to be made up in 2 weeks against freakin’ Rutgers and Maryland, PSU will be NY6 bound yet again.

Normally, I grow a bit melancholy at this time of the year because we're running low on PSU games. But this year, I'm kinda glad it's almost over. That game should have been an enjoyable walk in the park against a team that runs an offense a Pop Warner team could diagnose. Instead, it turns into a bit of a stressball and fortunately, Rutgers has a QB that can't catch or else this one might have been a bit tighter on the nerves. Hope they wake up for Senior Day next Saturday because the Twerps are gonna be pissed after that near-miss today and they'd love to get revenge for that 66-3 shellacking last year.

Trace is really hurting IMO. I know he was going for the PSU wins record and all but I might have gone with Tommy today.

Hopefully the Terds left it all on the field today.

Yeah, I'd agree with the sentiment that the offense's struggles over the last 3 weeks have been due to Trace's health. But he'll never come out of the game because of the loyalty factor. I'm not saying bench him completely but at some point, you'd like to get a better idea of what Stevens can do as a thrower and not just as a gimmick.

So is Trace a legit NFL prospect?

I think not.

He'll probably get picked, but it's also a weak year for QBs...as such, there will be more variance on lists...he's a C prospect probably, his lack of progression as a quarterback since he's come in to focus is the most disappointing thing to me...

So according to mikey's take he's going to be an all pro

I kind of see him as an Eric Crouch type so..... no not an NFL QB.

This was my observation that prompted the question. He seemed to hit a hard stop this year, and I didn't know if it was a wall (injury) or a ceiling (talent).

I think he is one of those really good college QBs...that doesn't translate to being a good NFL qb.

*Pitt fan assessment*

But I don't think he has the size or ability to stand in the pocket and run a pro style offense. Dudes a tremendous college QB but I don't see him doing much at that level. I think a lot of his success in college is due to his running ability which gets neutralized against NFL defenders, and also without Saquon Barkley beside him as you've seen this year

#12 in the playoff poll. We might be out there Rose Bowlin’ when OSU loses to Michigan. Going back to Pasadena would be awesome, and I know you’re all thinking “blah whatever they’ve sucked” - they’d almost certainly crush whoever the PAC-12 rep is.

Have to beat Maryland first, and that is no given considering how poorly we played against Rutgers.

Agreed. I don't understand the brash optimism.
