#12 in the playoff poll. We might be out there Rose Bowlin’ when OSU loses to Michigan. Going back to Pasadena would be awesome, and I know you’re all thinking “blah whatever they’ve sucked” - they’d almost certainly crush whoever the PAC-12 rep is.

I know you live on a different planet than the rest of us but the loser of the Meteor Bowl in Columbus will be representing the Big Ten in Pasadena.

And do you want to see this pass defense attempt to stop the Wazzu air attack?

My friend the Terps fan and I have been negative arguing the 14 point line on this game. Put me down for the Terps all day with those points after last week. He thinks PSU is a bargain at about 20.

To be fair to the reporter... he didn't answer the question.

To be fair to Franklin, he's not under contract for next year, so I'm not sure it's smart for him to answer that question with just yes or no.

Wow that's aggressive from that reporter. Coach is being systematic politically correct - any pause in response could be a bargaining chip for more money. Make no mistake about it - love the guy, but he has leverage. I totally understand it.

As for the loser in Columbus going to the Rose Bowl - I mean, if PSU wins (not sure why some of you are so scared about this game - maybe I would have a bit of apprehension if it was not in Happy Valley) and OSU loses... the committee has them 12 and 10. Would they really just keep OSU ahead of PSU? Don't get me wrong - OSU would be more deserving with 1 less loss and a head to head win over PSU - just food for thought from the committee's perspective, because that's what matters.

Yeah, I mean if 2 years ago with one less loss and NOT having head to head they finished 2 spots higher, why wouldn't they this year. Committee can be dumb so if Michigan beat them by 20+ and PSU handled Maryland easily.... I could see it.
