I needed a hair cut and today just before lunch was the only time I could fit it in. Decided to see if my wife wanted to grab lunch afterwards and she did. We went to Big Bowl Noodle House and I got one of their daily specials: pork and shrimp wontons in a pork broth along with roasted pork and veggies. It was phenomenal.

I was just wondering if big bowl was still open as I saw a TikTok for Penn Kebab.

If the weather was nicer, we'd have eaten Penn Kebab. Smelled fantastic as I was walking past it into big bowl.

I eat at 10am and 3pm so 'lunch' is a bit ambiguous. But I've fallen into a routine lately and am really enjoying it.

Three fried eggs and two slices of jewish rye w/butter.

Fry the eggs over medium with a sprinkling of Six Pepper, then put one egg each on a toast slice and eat it like an open faced sandwich. Enjoy the third egg sans toast.

Sounds dumb writing it out because it's basic af, but it's been hitting the spot the last few days.

Yeah. I'm not a morning eater. I start work at 7am and don't feel even until 9ish.

Main meals are 10am, 3pm, 7pm. I like it. It opens up my traditional lunch hour for cardio.
