Teams with unreliable quarterbacks like Carolina (38.2%) and Dallas (37.7%) use them their running backs more.

So, Ben was unreliable in 2017...but much, much more reliable in 2018...? It's him that got better going into 36 year old season...not the fact that y'all dropped from league's best RB to replacement level player...?

Also of note, Prescott and Newton are also threats to run the ball, that opens up space for the run game.

Steelers didn't drop him, he dropped himself.

Mikey, your argument is wrong, wrongheaded, and bereft of factual support. Stop saying the words you are saying as regards James Cancer, move on with your day, and we will all pretend like this never happened.

It is nothing but factual support. You guys interpret the data differently and that's fine...but let's not make the claim that the whole thing is completely baseless...everything that you have added as a way to cut down the data, however, notably, has been the opposite of reality. The others have at least had the decency to say "that's not how this works..." and "shut up" which are respectable...you're just making more and more points for me haha

What a convo.
I'm thrilled with Conner and he looks great. That doesn't mean he's a lock to be our bellcow the next five years. But man, this took a wild direction.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh. All this time I assumed mikey's silence was tacit acknowledgment of his mistake. I was so surprised I barely read that wall of situational stats which I'm usually into
Maybe a great passing game with myriad threats and a great oline are why Conner has so many chances to bulldoze fools in the flat like he's facing college Ds still but he sure doesn't look like what a replacement level back looks like. Everytime Samuels or Ridley or my man switzer runs, they look like it
It seems so wrong it's like a scout's opinion vs Tim Williams' from 2014. Statistically not wrong and maybe even eventually statistically not wrong (luck/probability) but that misses a whole 9 games of reality where James cancer killed the league

that makes no damn sense at all, but I'm not gonna dispute the NFL CBAThird tag uses the QB tag numberthe quarterback franchise tender? Is he trying to get QB money now?

This is more reflective of the state of RBs in the nfl and less of JC.But I know he's more big picture talking so if something happens in the next season or two, he wouldn't be wrong.
Right. In other words, don't get your hopes up too much. This doesn't have the look of a long term starter...

Nah, brah...not factual. Like almost all of your analysis, you place subjective weight and importance on data points that you deem critical to developing a certain determination. You cherry pick favorable statistics to support your version of what you already believe to be true. It's one of the most reckless mistakes an analyst can make...trying to turn a subjective determination into an objective one.It is nothing but factual support. You guys interpret the data differently and that's fine...but let's not make the claim that the whole thing is completely baseless...everything that you have added as a way to cut down the data, however, notably, has been the opposite of reality. Simple version...
Statistics = Facts
Interpretation of statistics ≠ Facts
...so maybe check the condescension at the door.

Steelers’ running back Le'Veon Bell is unlikely to report to the team by Tuesday's deadline, which would make him ineligible to play the rest of this season, multiple league sources tell ESPN.
