Scratch that I guess. Jimmy G likely tore his ACL.

I don’t think anyone would be willing to give up something better than what we’ll get when the jagoff walks at the end of the season.

From @gmfb: The #Steelers have received a few inquiries from teams looking to trade for franchised RB Le’Veon Bell, and they have not shot those down as they once did. A trade would be very complicated, but not impossible. Expect this to heat up as the trade deadline gets closer.

Yeah, I'm not even a fan, but this is highly sucky.

It's official now. Ugh. Oh well. Get another high pick I guess to get him some weapons. Just sucks it happens on a play that could have been avoided if he just went out of bounds.

One thing that I had not previously considered is that Bell has to sign the tender for the Steelers to trade him, so he can essentially pick where he gets traded to.

“You know, we missed a couple of kicks tonight. We’ll take a look at it”, Tomlin said. “He’s our kicker, man. He’s a heck of a kicker. He’s got to make the ball go through the upright”.
Through three games, Boswell has made just one of four field goals and has missed two extra point attempts.
Through the upright...thanks coach!

It has to be mental. Boswell has been so damn good for us, and I'm still willing to give him a little wiggle room here.

Yeah. I'm a Boswell fan too and hope he pulls through it, I don't mind the team holding onto him for now.

Tomlin comes off sounding like a moron, man. So I thought I'd share the quote.

Boswell's contract had $7.3MM in guarantees, which would be counted as dead cap space if they cut him this year. He's gotta figure it out because they aren't going to cut him.

I thought Conner played a solid game last night. He's been catching the ball well, looks much improved in pass protection, and rattled off two big runs when the team needed it the most, but god damn the Steelers need to do something about their run blocking. I know the entire right side of the offensive line was backups and Big Al has sucked ass so far this season, but some of those carries in the 2nd and 3rd quarter were a struggle just to get back to the line of scrimmage. Even his 27 yard run in the 4th required him to evade two defenders a couple of yards behind the line before being able to break free.

James Cancer is playing great; really happy he's working out as a pass catcher. That seemed to be the biggest question heading into the season.

Also; was nice to see Vance McDonald show up. Wonder if he hurt himself on that stiff arm.

McDonald looked fast as **** when he got into open space. I see why the 49ers gave him the contract they did, I just wish he wasn't injured 99% of the time.

McDonald when healthy is good, he can't stay healthy though. He also has a case of the dropsies at the worst times.

I also think it cannot be overstated how much Sensabaugh and Burns suck. That spot opposite Haden is a trainwreck and if Hilton is injured for any length of time the defensive secondary is somehow in worse shape.

MIke Hilton described his elbow injury as a hyperextension and thinks he can play Sunday vs. Baltimore

I do think it's time to start adapting to the new way of life that throwing the ball and stopping the throw is everything.
