I think the rub (heh) is that she kept staying with him, sitting on the couch with him, etc. after all of these supposed violations. And although she says she told him they should slow down and chill, the also keeps talking about the non verbal clues she gave him. Why didn't she say, "Stop sticking your fingers in my mouth, going down on me, and putting my hand on your crotch" instead if relying on non verbal clues that he clearly wasn't understanding or was ignoring?

People here think some of these details are sort of odd and that this isn't the most reliable narrator.

I generally think men are pretty brutal in this regard but I have some real concern for what's happening now. It's guilty until proven innocent.
