Oh, and this isn't even the first accusation. From 2017:

You know what never ceases to amaze me about this stuff.

I have never in my near 50 years of life felt there was ever an appropriate moment for me to just randomly grab someone's butt. Translate that across all level of these misdeeds, I just can't put myself into the head space that runs down this decision tree and arrives at 'go'.

At an old job, when I was in my low 30's, the secretary would occasionally walk into my cube, flash up her shirt (wearing bra), turn around and walk out. If she was wearing a skirt she would walk in, turn, flash up the skirt showing her butt, then walk out. We didn't hang out outside of the office, certainly didn't date or anything. She just did it one day and it didn't stop until she went to another job.

I used to do some mascot handling (no pun intended, it's just what it's called, jeez). Also donned some mascot uniforms myself. You can get away with a surprising amount to random people, while in a mascot costume. Groping someone isn't one of them however.

I don't even see what the point is, since you're practically wearing oven mitts.

I did this accidentally once...to a coworker...at a happy hour... with my wife present. They both thought it was freaking hilarious (thank you jeebus) but I was sooo embarrassed. The co-worker's boyfriend at the time didn't think it was that funny, either.

He's also the manager of the ice crew (with hire/fire power), so I don't think he was in costume when groping or otherwise sexually harassing folks.

I met her at our wedding reception and she was wearing a black spaghetti strap dress, and when I hugged her on our introduction, one of the straps snapped like Scott Baio in Zapped. She yelped, and several guests turned around to see me sort of in mid-hug withdrawal and this lady holding her dress up, and Mrs Tif slowly shook her head and said, "We literally just got married..."
