Really thought SFA was going to pull it off tonight. REALLY hoping SDSU does.
Hate to break it to you but they lost to Ohio State at 4:00 ;)
SDSU = San Diego State University....and they almost freakin did. That last minute was bonkers crazy.

For some reason, I picked Arizona in one of my brackets :face: No matter how many years in a row Arizona can underachieve in the tournament, I will still fall for them.

Holy sht....it's happening. Buffalo up by 10

Despite being a 4 seed, Arizona was the 8th biggest favorite to win it all. Lot of time left, but even if they win, this doesn't exactly breed confidence.

Arizona is done...goddamn. They have to be one of the most underachieving teams in the last 10 years, right?

I always stay at the Homewood on Millersport Hwy. You can smell the stale grease from the entrance. Ahhhhh......

Well, there have been 26 13-4 upsets in the last 30 years of the tourney. The last one? Hawaii over California in 2016 (didn't remember it, not gonna lie). So, this keeps it close to the 1 per year average. 2008 was the last year with two 13-4 upsets (Siena over Vandy, San Diego over UConn). Bradley over Kansas was in 2006...that I do remember.

I can't imagine there has previously been a 13 over a 4 by (around) 25 points, however.

And while we are talking about upsets, the Bucknell-Kansas 14-3 upset in 2005 was so good. I have driven by Bucknell on US-15 so many times...inconceivable that a school like that could beat a team like Kansas.

So let me get this straight.

-- The Pac-12 got three teams in the NCAA tournament.
-- Two didn't make it out of Dayton.
-- Their champ is about to lose by 25 to Buffalo.

Nope, that's rare.

The one time I won a bracket pool (in 2008), there were about 400 entries. You know how I won? Picking all four 1-seeds to make it to the Final Four, and then I happened to get them right (thank you so much Mario Chalmers). I feel like that's your best chance to win ultimately.

Sean Miller is about to be out of a job and Nate Oats should be up high on Pitt's list. Dude can coach. That extension he signed last week pays him like $500k a year. Chump change for a Power 6 school

Nobody gets less out of more than Sean Miller. He'd be perfect to revive Pitt.

USC must have been crapping themselves at making the tourney while Colgate was hanging in the Patriot championship game.
