:face:

Is this an all time Dad joke? or just so cringey you just want to forget he said it? The replies seem to indicate it may have been a Dr. Evil reference??

That is so weird that it took me four watches to realize it wasn't dubbed in as a joke.

This was one of the more entertaining last two minutes of the season..... real good road win for PSU

I don't see a road to 20 wins for them, maybe with a couple B1G tourney wins but it is a nice season by PSU hoop standards.

AWESOME win for Penn State!!! They have really underachieved a bit this season, but damn that's fantastic.

Love it. Still not a Chambers fan, but very happy for them.

Tough loss today for my Tar Heels. Gave up so many points to a team that nearly lost to friggin’ Pitt...

17 point blowout of Buttgers for PSU win #15 today.

At MSU on Weds, will be interesting to see what kind of environment that is.

I hope they absolutely destroy them like our football team will do to them for years to come. A total clown shoes, wannabe university. Pathetic.

Safe to say PSU is probably on the outside looking in--if they can take care of business against the teams they should beat (and perhaps score another upset), that would be nice.

Sked is pretty brutal but if they could manage to beat UM, Purdue, or OSU again and not lose any more they shouldn’t they should get some mention at selection time. I realize those are big ifs.

I meant in terms of ESPN reporting his every move.
I’ve come around on this take. Woke up this morning, flipped on SC, and they had a promo for the nighttime SC updating us on the next Trae Young exploits. Um, there are other players and teams in college basketball. Gameday is at Austin today because of him. On a national scope, OU-Texas isn’t much of a blip. The kid is good, don’t get me wrong. But this constant worshipping is setting up the casual fan for a lot of heartbreak when they pick their brackets.

Well lonzo ball is gone, and espn has a formula (pick a player and tout the ever loving hell out of him) that they have used since, oh i dunno, Tim Tebow? And espn sure as hell isnt going to stray from that formula.

How about LeBron in High School? Seems like they had every freaking' St Vincent-St Mary game televised.

Duke falls to (0-11 BE, 11-13) St. Johns. This makes me happy.

Also: Doug Gottlieb did color for the PC game today. I usually listen to the radio call on tunein but watched on DVR today. Good god is he awful.

Wild day yesterday. Duke, Kansas, Kentucky all lose on the same day for only the 2nd time ever.

So...a team that was 0-11 in conference just beat Duke and at Villanova in consecutive games. St. John's became just the 3rd team all-time in the poll era to be a below 500 team and beat a #1 team on the road.

Oh, and Purdue gakked a 14-point lead in the last 10 minutes at home to lose to Ohio State. Purdue is a team that has not one but TWO 7-footers and yet, they gave up a second-chance bucket that ended up being the gamewinner. Go figure.

Good luck to anyone trying to win the brackets this year. This year will be a tougher challenge than most years.

Pitt is getting absolutely smoked in conference play. No way they go 0-fer, right? Wake Forest at home is eminently winnable.

Ummmmmmm...about that 'better not lose game'. Ouch.

In what has become a broken record for this silly regular season, a top-notch team finds a way to yak away a game at home. This time it was Virginia, who had a 5-point lead with :39 left in OT but couldn't make a free throw to save their life and ends up losing to Virginia Tech. Of course, it doesn't help when you're main shooter goes 5 of 21 from the field and 3 of 14 from the 3-point line.

Yeah down 30+ in second half. One senior in concussion protocol and most the team with the flu- doesn’t matter, you can’t lose to DePaul and make the tourney.
