You are the only lawyer I know @Shyster
My firm doesn't do that sort of work, but I think @Kraftster might.
:thumb: Do enough to know my way around it.

@meow Not legal advice, etc. A random $700 offer seems a little arbitrary. Setting the fairness of the offer aside, without knowing more, signing so early is risky because sometimes injuries are worse than first thought (obviously hope that's not the case). Feel free to PM to discuss.

I have a pretty interesting commission case heading to trial next month. Hoping to lay down some good law for employees in PA in this one. Commissioned employees are left remarkably exposed in PA.

Excellent. They also discussed setting aside some money for medical in addition to the $700. And mrs meow discussed with her chiro this morning about a treatment plan and how many visits he thinks it'll be.

Not that it's related, but I've always been skeptical of chiros that do the 'treatment plan' thing. I'm a proponent of osteopathy, but the field is replete with hucksters; I once had one try to get me to pre-pay over $1,000 worth of services, and this was after two visits to her practice in which I did not actually ever interact with the chiro herself.

I left the pizza out on the counter all night. Picked it up around 830 last night, put it in the fridge at 7am. Heres the kicker - wife assigned the task to me when she went to bed and I fell asleep on the couch and forgot. So theres a little risk/reward at play here.

Act like it never happened and have it for lunch today? Tell her I ate it all as a late night snack? Come clean and throw it away?

I wouldn't eat it if there's meat but otherwise fair game

Doesn't matter what's on top, I'd eat it. I've never refrigerated leftover pizza, but 2-3 days is my max.

Own up to it but hope that she won't eat it due to potential grossness. Then you'll get to enjoy all the leftovers

Half pep. I'm a little squeamish with food. 400 degree oven should kill everything though right?

We have done worse in college...I wouldn't eat it now, but you're probably not gonna have any issue, especially if you're oven-ing it...

Yeah, leaving pizza out overnight, regardless of topping, does not faze me at all.

That's actually a funny contradiction. I wouldn't touch grilled chicken if it was left overnight. Buffalo chicken pizza? Game on.

All the time. I mean, it's not 90 degrees on my house or anything, but it's in the 60s. Never had an issue whatsoever.

This almost certainly won't land because it's pretty obscure, but I couldn't help but think it when I read your message...

"So...the GT is just...guaranteed tremendous...?"
