No, it was predicted to be 6.48% which would have come out to 8.05% average for the 12 months. Actual 12 month now is 8.255%. No big deal, it's only about a $40/yr difference on $20K, but it's something.

My man...Lancaster County is indeed awesome. Went to Cherry Crest Farm, Kitchen Kettle Village, and Strasburg this weekend.

I would argue that in addition to being a great place to retire, it is a fantastic place to raise kids.
