Seems like the market is destined to drop another 25% or so over the next few months. Housing market collapse n'at...so much for my hopes of an October 2022 rocket ship. It'd be sweet if we could get business a-boomin' again by summer 2023 so that I can pay for my wedding...

Out of morbid curiosity, I checked this morning - down ~25% last 12 months. Then I closed the window. Then I had to go back because I had to approve someone's time off...but this time, I avoided looking at the "you have to work for the rest of your life" sign...
