Well, sure. Of course they're not going to help you or any other consumer - that's capitalism.

Nor will the fedgov, as it funds their spending.

Inflation cooling down, so that's good
I don't see how inflation can be easing with diesel fuel at $6.29+ a gallon and most all cargo still being moved by truck, but whatever they say. I guess the reality is demand is easing because people are out of money. Which I guess will reduce inflation yeah, but not in a good way.
Nah man. It's just credit card season. The house of cards needs to keep growing higher.

I'd like to see one for diesel. September 30 diesel was $4.49 a gallon. 45 days later it is $6.29.

Got an email from PNC that savings got bumped to 3.5%. Guess I'm taking my money back out of Marcus.

Yeah, also for folks that were like “crypto sure seems like a scam, but I don’t understand it, so meh”.

This can help explain how this stuff is working behind the scenes, and what would happen if you pretended to be a bank without actually having to be a bank.

Checked my VG account and noticed a balance in my Settlement fund... huh? Dig a little deeper, and it looks like VG never actually processed my transaction for a purchase of VTSAX, it just moved my money from Marcus to the Settlement fund. Thanks, VG, just cost me $1.xx/share.

My VTSAX is down like $18 a share so. It could be worse.

I'm gonna roll the dice on some 400c & 375p spreads for 12/19. I'm thinking either a really strong finish (~390) or a really strong bear resistance that drops us to ~375 at the end of the day here. If anyone likes to daytrade, might be worth a shot here...

Look at the chart. Do the opposite of what makes sense.
