If you sold / shorted Netflix because Elon called them woke, you're an idiot and hopefully lose your money.

I put my savings into I bonds. It seemed like a no brainer. I can get a credit card with 0% APR for 12+ months pretty easily for emergencies. So the E fund went into I bonds.

I have a house project that won't commence until next Summer so I'm sticking those funds there, but I might go about it this way and just take from the E fund when next summer rolls around.

We maxed out our I Bonds for 2021 and 2022 earlier this year, and I wish there wasn’t a cap on it. Easily the most no-brainer move for cash/bond savings.

The ARK Innovation exchange-traded fund has given up all its monster 153% gain from 2020 that turned manager Cathie Wood into one of the most celebrated investors in the country.

The ARK Innovation ETF (ticker: ARKK) had another poor day Thursday, falling 1.4% to $48.87 while the S&P 500 index rose 2.5%. The fund now is down 48.3% so far this year after a 23% drop in 2021, Bloomberg data show. The S&P 500 is off about 10% so far this year.
Get ****, Cathie.

What are considered "years" for the I bonds? Since they calculate a new interest rate every 6 months, does the year start then or is it January to December? Was wondering if I could max out today/tomorrow then do it again Sunday after they do the recalc.

The max applies to calendar years, unfortunately.
