Don't rate increases typically drive stock prices down though?

2020 was a **** all around, yet it looks like my retirement accounts are all going to finish between with returns of 16-18% overall. Makes no god damn sense, especially when you look at the March timeframe.

2021 ended with my retirement accounts returning just under 24%. My Roth account is just silly thanks to GME and a few others: 226%. Thanks, Biden!

If nothing else the market is entertaining today. I finally took profit from that DAL position. I had a conditional order in the system but I held it so long that it expired. When I logged in at 9:45am today the stock had spiked $.20 past that would-be trigger and was falling back down. I wrote a sell order as fast as I could and got out ahead of my target price by less than a minute.

I should have taken a long position in F. It was at $8.50 this time last year when I started dabbling in it, and it's at $23 today. I didn't think it would move above $14 for years.

I forgot that I setup an alert for RBLX if it dropped below $90. Just got the alert, but honestly, I have enjoyed not looking at a damn thing over the last month or so. May just continue to sit this one out.

That's my bad. I bought in at $93 so expect it not to recover for about six weeks.

I think I used all of my luck up in 2021, so it would be hard to convince me to dabble again. That said, I really regret not throwing more cash at APL. That **** has been on fire for a long time.

That's my problem with F. I'm its biggest cheerleader but I haven't actually taken that many profits from it despite it's near-constant climb.

Have nasdaq index stocks hit bottom yet?

I was debating on getting into $QQQ etf and it seems really on sale today.

Anyone else unable to login to their Marketwatch account? It's been broken for like 2 weeks now.

I stopped out of RBLX today. Sucks to suck. I actually liked how lively the stock is, but I got in on the high side and it's not going back to my position anytime soon. In fact, it appears to be in a freefall at the moment.

I keep getting alerts about it dropping below $90. I think I'd get back in if it went back into the $70s.

Guessing it turns out the rate hikes weren't priced in? Who knows. A lot of red everywhere. I am in several index tracked ETFs and wondering if that's a bad strategy at this point.

Index tracked ETFs? Why not just invest in the index funds directly? VTSAX, my man.
