No doubt. Taxation is theft.
My GME is in my Roth. :)

I'm holding out for Friday being 'the day'.

My wife: "what were you doing up at 5:30 this morning?"

Oh nothing, just checking the GME Premarket.

It's just another short attack. This is only going in one direction.

AMC's up 90-something % PM. If I had any pennies left, I'd have thrown some their way yesterday.

Yeah I tossed a 100$ at AMC yesterday and got like 25 shares when it was in the 4$ range. I know others got in earlier. Nothing crazy, but just some more honest work IMO.

AMC should be much less stressful. I'll probably throw my hat into the ring once my RH funds clear (5 days? Really? GTFO), but my primary target is going to be at least one of the ARKs.

Managed to expand my AMC position this morning at $8.50/share, so I'm pretty pumped. Not getting paper hands with GME is going to be tough.

My wife approved of using our brokerage account to roll the dice on GME, so I'm now all-in with my play fund, I just had to promise to cover her half with my own cash if I blow it.

I set a 1k limit today for GME for selling. No way it hits it but if it does I'll pocket my 10k and be happy.

Am i the only person that thinks whoever the broker for the shorts isn’t going to force them to close out their trade when the price is at this asinine level?

I skipped on GME and got in on AMC at 4.35... miss out on one, win on the other.

Is there not even enough volume available for them to even close out?

My question isn't about volume, it is about the willingness of the broker dealers and the shorts to come to an agreement that this is situation is clearly not reflective of reality and therefore not a good business decision to force a bunch of shorts to close a position for 15 times the original price. Wall Street is a chummy place. I would think they would look out for the own at least a bit.

Lots of short expiration AMC calls available at a variety of premiums that make the breakeven less than $5/share.

Again, I wish I had researched options before all of this. There was some crazy money to be made on GME on top of shares.

And FWIW, the GME shorters have 1.82 days to cover as of today.

Chummy enough to waive the interest? The shorts are paying millions/hr to stay in the game, I can hold forever.

General consensus is Friday, but I'll be keeping an eye out from here on out. This has been the least productive week at work in my entire life. Blocked out my calendar for the rest of it.
