eh, I feel like he would be pretty reserved. Based on who he is as an actor, he never really overstays his welcome in any movie he’s in. He knows how to dole it out

What? Every movie Bill Murray is in, he comes across as "I'm the star, I'm the funniest, the rest of you are in my movie."eh, I feel like he would be pretty reserved. Based on who he is as an actor, he never really overstays his welcome in any movie he’s in. He knows how to dole it out

Kind of like Seinfeld. I watched all the Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and although I enjoyed the show and enjoy Jerry as a comedian, it's almost as if he gets pissed if somebody else is funnier than he is. He always has to one-up the other person. Get the same vibe from Murray.

The Bill Murray "shows-up-to-random-things" actually does happen frequently. He lives in Charleston, and frequently makes appearances at private events like wedding receptions or bachelor parties. My brother was at a wedding reception, and Murray happened to be eating at the restaurant next door and came over and sang with the wedding band, had shots with the bride and groom, and so on. I've heard similar tales from other people I know down there.

My favorite BFM story was he was at a restaurant and this younger couple across the way clearly recognized him and kept looking at him. Without saying a word, he walked over to them and just started picking up and eating food off their plates, looking back and forth at the couple. After a minute or so he wiped his hands on one of their napkins and said, "No one will believe you." And he just left. (He had arranged to pay their bill before he bounced)
Murray seems like a combination cool guy and abject dickhead.
(I've heard like 4 or 5 different incarnations of that 'no one will believe you' story, so maybe it's a go-to move)

Some of them are pretty good but in general they’re overrated as ****.

I’ve only had a couple, and they were great.

Not sure how unpopular this is but to me, a good burger (say 6/10) is still better than an amazing steak (10/10). I would almost always prefer a burger because I think the opportunity for more complex flavors is much greater imo

thats unpopular because 10/10 steaks are incredible. For me, good burger (6/10) > good steak (7/10) but thats as far as I would allow that to go

100% agreed. a 10/10 meal (not just steak, whatever meal it may be) is something that you remember and long for. a 6/10 burger is a Tuesday.thats unpopular because 10/10 steaks are incredible. For me, good burger (6/10) > good steak (7/10) but thats as far as I would allow that to go
