I don’t think that people said that about AD - lebron is an incredible distributor. He doesn’t need to take every shot.

Harden creates his own shot. Kyrie creates his own shot. KD can work off ball, it’s silly to make him do that, but he can.

I think the difference with those two situations was that Durant was coming in to an established nucleus who had won championships so he had to blend in and with Davis, he had LeBron for an alpha leader and LeBron will make sure that the ship is steered correctly. In this particular case, who's gonna take the leadership position? Kyrie sure as hell isn't. He's probably hurt by this acquisition because now it's another alpha dog to take away shots. None of those three strike me as the guy that's going to bring a team together. That's a lot of the reason why Durant and Harden couldn't win a title on their own teams and Kyrie's teams have yet to do anything without LeBron with him.
