He did travel. I wonder if that turned any first half bets.

Lebron is 6th alltime in assists now. Next up is Mark Jackson at 5
Realistically he’ll probably end up at least fourth alltime ahead of Jackson and Nash (only about 200 more assists). Chris Paul is 3rd but 900 more than Lebron now. He could potentially get there but it’s a moving target. Stockton is more than 5500 more assists up

I had seen some of his videos on r/nba and I loved them too. pros getting away with obvious dribbling violations always annoyed the hell out of me. I can’t imagine how much time he spends on researching this **** though lol

Now imagine having to officiate those games and trying to balance calling it with keeping the clock moving so we’re not there all day/night. That is my dilemma with middle school/JV games.

We had a few soccer tournaments like that. One was 26-0. The other team never let up. At all. We were playing up an age bracket, and this other coach never let up the gas. Other games that weekend went that way, but the other coaches at least made their kids pass 5 times or something before shooting once the score got up to 10-0. These were 10-11 year olds.

nine if the games yesterday were particularly good…until the Suns/Nuggets which of course was the latest
I made it all the way until the end of regulation but annoyingly passed out on the couch during the commercial between regulation and OT and missed the Gordon dunk
Gordon had some amazing dunks in regulation that I saw at least. Also Jokic is **** awesome too

Good thing they have replay to overturn that charge cuz it would have been unfortunate to have that get wiped out by a bad call.

if it was truly a charge I would’ve been ok with them wiping it out but I think Shamet was still moving/leaning at moment of impact so I think ultimately they made the right call

Yes, definitely the right call to whistle it and then change it to the block that it was. Shamet really put his life on the line stepping in front of that.

saw this live last night (wanted to see Ja in person). The Hornets are an embarrassment
interestingly, Ticketmaster had the cheapest tickets 20 mins before the game. $27 with only $3 in fees

TIL Lebron is only 460 points away from Kareem's scoring record and he'll likely set it sometime next month. For all the coverage that Lebron has received over the years, I'm surprised that this isn't hyped up a bit more with countdowns and stuff like that. This is a 35-year-old record that many thought wouldn't be touched.

Agreed. It's kind of insane how many fewer games MJ played compared to everyone else in the Top 5

whew, Jimmy Butler gets an and 1 and ties the game before the free throw. Makes the free throw, takes the lead with 12 seconds left and the free throw outs the Heat at 40/40 in FTs tonight which is a record for most made without a miss
very clutch and simultaneously lucky that that happened. They also got saved at the end with a tie up jump ball instead of a potential two more free throw attempts with 0.8 seconds left

40 FTs without a miss as a team is a pretty impressive achievement.
I've been watching these lately...some of them really get me. 3:15-3:30 of this one had me in tears

wow, tonight was the first time I’ve ever seen Lebron be painfully mortal against the Mavs (in a great game). He got blocked at the end of the first OT at the rim and then with about a minute and a half left in the second OT
of course this is what Father Time does, but it was striking to watch
