So we're not supposed to listen to the president, vice president, AG, political party leaders, etc.

Who the F are we supposed to listen to?

President Donald Trump has discussed pardoning three of his children and his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani before he leaves office and before any of them have been charged with potential crimes, according to several reports on Tuesday evening.

ABC News and The New York Times both reported that Trump has discussed the pre-emptive pardons with advisers, expressing fear that his successor, President-elect Joe Biden, would unjustly target them when he assumes office in January. The pardons could benefit Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump, as well as Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner. Ivanka Trump and Kushner have also served as White House advisers in the Trump administration.
Unreal if true.

What would he be pardoning them of? Could it be a blanket of all crimes committed whether with or without their knowledge?

Calling trump a pissbaby does not equal mocking a disabled reporter

Nixon was pardoned for all potential crimes on the US without identifying anything. It was never tried in court. I would try it in court if he did it this time.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) threw his support behind an effort to get the Supreme Court to hear an appeal of a ruling dismissing a GOP-led challenge of Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting system.

Cruz is the first senator to publicly voice support for the appeal, which came after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court shot down a lawsuit protesting the system as a way of overturning the Keystone State’s election results, which showed President-elect Joe Biden defeating President Trump.
Politicizing the SCOTUS again.

Cruz is a pathetic toady for Trump even after he said his wife is ugly and his father was in on the assassination of JFK.

Dumb question

What if Rudy killed a hooker in cold blood and Trump pardoned him?

Does he get off scot free or is there some superseding principal that says “nope, can’t pardon him”

He would had to have killed the hooker in a national park or something, otherwise it would be a state crime and not subject to federal executive pardon.
