I'd be curious to know from him what he meant by "we have all the material". At first listen, it's easy to understand: we have the documents, they don't have the documents, they have nothing because we hid all of the important stuff. But knowing Trump, he probably means something else.

Trump inaugural committee just got sued in DC.
Similar case to the Trump Foundation as far as I can tell. The inaugural committee is a non-profit, so it can't be used as a vehicle to funnel money to Trump. Which is what the suit alleges, by them paying the Trump hotel 1mm for seemingly nothing.
