Me (smart person), there is nothing fundamentally different from rigging the census, putting lobbyists in charge of government agencies and dismantling the post office from how Clinton and Obama ran the executive.

(Yes, I disagree)
Well, I mean Trump hasn't droned any children lately or blew up a wedding. So yeah my team!

What does that have to do with domestic policy, or is this just an attempt to bad-faith deflect from the point being made?

Lol. Actively dismantling post office resources and withholding money to suppress mail-in voting, possibly forcing people to do it In person, during a pandemic.

Pretty much the same as wanting the EC gone. Ok, not-republican.

I already said Trump shouldn’t be doing it. Should democrats if they get power pack the courts?

This is the peak "both sides." Something actively happening vs a hypothetical

Have they before? Are the Rs doing it now? Yes they are. Should anyone? I don't think parties should be appointing anyone to any court, so no.

The "both sides" aspect of this is since there was a post which didn't discuss it therefore it shows we don't care because we weren't discussing that thing.

How are the republicans packing the court? I'm not sure you understand what packing the court means.

I don't remember any "we". I quoted someone specific, whom I know understands the significance of these moves.

Maybe I didn't understand your question, I thought you were including Merrick Garland/Gorsuch.

Denying Merrick garland, although wrong,is not packing the court.

So what is packing the courts, who is doing so, and have they admitted that doing so is in direct violation of their office?

Trump has appointed over a quarter of lower court judges per this article. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/14/us/t ... udges.html

Not sure if that meets the "packing the courts" definition.

Packing the courts is a specific issue of adding extra justices to the supreme court more than the nine who are there.

FDR tried to do it.

We were told that isn’t being discussed by any major party candidate...
