Yeah, I think those questions might be a little dated, like I think I saw one about fighting inflation vs unemployment.

A better barometer would be like:

Agree or disagree:

Twitter is censoring don jr.
Liz Warren should have endorsed Bernie sanders.
George Zimmerman acted in self defense.
Bill Clinton is a rapist.
Obamacare is a right wing policy.

Stuff like this would identify the far left and right

Kind of agree. IIRC the individual mandate actually started as an idea dreamed up by some conservative think tank a few decades ago.

I was just trying to pull out the charged stuff that sort of enflames folks on the far left and right.

The Warren and Obamacare ones would separate libs from leftists. And actually, I think the framing of the questions with regards to fiscal policy were a bit leadings. There was one regulation question about corporations, but I am sure that if you put those taxation questions in a different framing you would get very different results.

this was pretty much mine as well. I would've thought it would be a little further left and down but then, I do think things like some kids need to be spanked by their parents so answers like that probably pushed me right and up a bit.
