Where it refers to healthcare spending, is that number what shows up on a 1095? Or does that include copays and what not?

I did my total premiums plus deductible that we always reach.

Oh so I would probably put what I pay to my employer coverage + copays and anything else?

Yeah, this is presuming that you don't have that employee healthcare contribution any longer, and that money is instead going out in taxes for MFA.
