What in the two Obama quotes is incorrect or divisive?
Tweet 1)
Race issues politically can be summed up right now by the answer to the following:
Are non-whites at a disadvantage in society because of their race?
If the answer is yes, you're trying to find ways to remove that disadvantage.
If the answer is no, any change made will put white people at a disadvantage. You can't take more of my tax money to help those other people because I don't have an advantage.
Tweet 2)
Other than incorrectly attributing them as Evangelicals, I don't see anything wrong in the comment.
Despite comments about Mexican immigrants, legal and illegal, and his administration's policies at the border, Trump saw increased support with border Hispanics voters. One rationalization is that their devoutness led them to the candidate that opposes abortion and supports their definition of marriage. That their Faith guided their vote. This is no different than Shyster being guided by his 2A principles, nor shaf and his judiciary four years ago.

Could you expound (not trying to be an ass)?Tweet 2 is incredibly patronizing, and likely false.
If you take the mis-labeling of Evangelical as a insult, I could see that. And maybe it becoming a catch all is supposed to do that instead of being sloppy word choice.
As somebody who believe's its not the gov'ts place to legislate a binary decision on abortion or who enters into a marriage contract in legal terms, I would disagree with the emphasis on one's Faith over other matters concerning Trump. Is it by default patronizing to make the observation that our emphasis is different?

Fun Conservative media headlines on Drudge. Fox News has settled out of court with the parents of Seth Rich, OANN has been temporarily suspended and demonetized on YouTube, and conservative free speech maven Parler is censoring posts tagged with #WriteInTrumpForGA.

A lot of liberals talk about rural voters (and culturally the kinds of people Obama is speaking about are culturally rural) like adults talk about slow children. That's what I mean by patronizing. Notice the way Obama frames the problem in the quote.

What is the reason or reasons that most “border Hispanics” would vote for trump? It is undeniable that he has made negative comments, so there is most likely a common theme to gain votes, just like with any other group of people.

I think, believe it or not, immigration factors into it. For Hispanic people that "made it" to the United States, I'm sure there is a decent number that do not want to see millions more unskilled workers flooding into those areas. And for those that did come legally and have actually worked to assimilate themselves here, I can see them wanting a strong border for their new home. What is the reason or reasons that most “border Hispanics” would vote for trump? However, I believe the biggest factor, as Freddy mentioned, is the LGBTQIA++++++/abortion stuff. Are pro-life Democrats still a thing?

Your answer is pretty spot on. Hispanic culture tends to be extremely religious so those social factors are a consideration, more unskilled workers is a consideration, and people who immigrated the “right way” don’t like it when people come into the country from outside the system.I think, believe it or not, immigration factors into it. The immigration discussion belies a bigger issue in current American politics and something that I’m sure will drive me insane over the next who knows now many years. If you spoke to everyone in this country, most would agree that there are significant issues worthy of actual reform and restructuring when it comes to immigration, health care, education, welfare, taxes, etc etc and the vast majority of the country would come to an amenable comprise and solution. Instead we’ll get eternal partisan dickery and short term “solutions” that are used for political points and are immediately undone by the opposing party. Nothing will ever change.

1. Yes, the majority of illegal immigrants coming across the border are unskilled workers, willing to work for lower wages. Here is a paper from the US Civil Rights Commission covering this topic from the aspect of Black workers: https://www.usccr.gov/pubs/docs/IllegIm ... _430pm.pdf2 thingsI think, believe it or not, immigration factors into it. 2. Huh? This is from Wikipedia:
The pluses were referring to all of the things towards the end of the above paragraph. I'm failing to see the problem here, and certainly don't understand your reaction. I was referring to the discomfort very religious people (in this case, Roman Catholic Hispanics) have with all of the sexual liberation stuff out there that is mostly embraced by the Left. Some use LGBT+ to mean "LGBT and related communities". LGBTQIA is sometimes used and adds "queer, intersex, and asexual" to the basic term. Other variants may have a "U" for "unsure"; a "C" for "curious"; another "T" for "transvestite"; a "TS", or "2" for "two-spirit" persons; or an "SA" for "straight allies".

This really sounds like something from a parody article.
According to a report from ProPublica, Trump is trying to rush through a proposed regulation that could see federal executions being carried out by firing squads again. The proposed rule cleared White House review on Nov. 6, according to the report, so it could be finalized any day. However, the archaic method may never be used—all five scheduled federal executions are expected to be carried out with lethal injection, and President-elect Joe Biden opposes the death penalty. Elsewhere in the report, it’s stated that Trump is also trying to push through a regulation that would exclude transgender people from federally funded homeless shelters and loosen water-saving standards on showerheads—a personal grievance the president has frequently railed about to rally crowds.
