First, the Second Amendment doesn't apply to New Zealand, because (as Mr. Wright seems to be unaware) New Zealand is another country.

Second,"#2A gun-rights folks" have spoke out against New Zealand's restrictive gun laws, which didn't stop this crime and deprive people of the ability to defend themselves. See, e.g.:

Jurors were selected from Dauphin County in the Harrisburg because of all the pre-trial publicity in Allegheny County.

They weren't picked from PIttsburgh. With all the attention this got I'd think most people already have it set in stone whether he's guilty or not. FWIW the other kid in the car plead guilty to the drive by moments before.

I didn't say they were. I said the jury that is doing the fact finding in the case stemming from actions that occurred in Pittsburgh with a Pittsburgh resident on trial in fact is very much representative of the actual demographics of Pittsburgh.

The racial makeup of East Pittsburgh is only 20% AA so if you wanted to Devil's Advocate here you would say that the AA makeup of the jury is over-represented. I wouldn't make the argument but I think your (intended or otherwise) inference that the jury is somehow imbalanced in favor of a white defendant is baseless.

If the defendant is found not guilty, the jury being 75% white will be something that is brought up. I believe it is fair to say most, if not all, of the AA community sees the defendant as guilty.
