Nothing this man says is factual.
Are you disputing the Stormy Daniels story?
No I’m saying her creepy lawyer (who emotionally abuses women) is a fraud, who will probably be debarred soon.

My guess is Trump has hundreds of the NDA with porn stars, prostitutes and others cause he is a sleaze.
Avenetti is a sleaze. Trump is a sleaze. Kavanaugh at least was a drunken frat boy.
It appears "takes one to know one" is in full effect.

Of note, Kavanaugh was lying about drinking age in his interview with Fox News.

Where are you actually seeing he's going to be debarred? Everything I've seen that mentions that seems to be high on the media bias to conspiracy and right-wing sites.

Secondly, I can't imagine he's going to be disbarred in California, disciplined MAYBE if they connect his being a lawyer to a business in some shady way, but even that doesn't look good:
In general, such bar investigations typically take about six months to complete, according to the agency.

Last year, California’s state bar received 15,175 new complaints against lawyers. Disciplinary charges or stipulations were filed in 491 cases, resulting in 129 lawyers being disbarred and another 134 being suspended.

Bar complaints typically only become public in California when formal administrative charges are filed against an attorney, but parties to a complaint or an investigation are not prohibited from publicly sharing records about an investigation.
The news looks like it came out in May, so it's likely been investigated prior to that, and it not, he'll find out here in October. Either way, a .01% chance of disbarrment looks like it goes in Avenatti's favor.

What did he say about drinking age?

on review, looks like the only issue would be that he wasn't legal as he turned 18 after the law was changed.

No reason to dispute the assertion that there were folks of legal age who could buy booze.

My guess is that because he is under full investigation it is pretty serious.

What was more interesting for me yesterday is that two(?) people withdrew their signatures from the letter bashing Accuser No. 2 and that one of the ladies who signed the original "he always treated women with utmost respect" letter almost for sure knew that Kavanaugh and his bros were publicly ridiculing her for - allegedly - being "easy." And the fact that more and more people now describe K. as being frequently super drunk in college.

Suffice to say, K. was no Charlie Simms in his early days. :)

United Socialist Kingdom:
U.K.-based companies with more than 250 employees would be forced to give 10 percent of their equity to staff if Labour wins the next election.

Wow:
The shares would be handed over at a rate of one percent a year and held in Inclusive Ownership Funds that would pay annual dividends to a maximum of 500 pounds ($653) per employee, McDonnell will tell the party’s annual conference in the English city of Liverpool.

Any dividends above that amount would be skimmed off by the government for a “social fund” to help pay for public services.

Shyster said eyewitnesses are notoriously unreliable...
They are about the worst kind of corroborating evidence you can have. But if it's all you've got....

As an example, the Innocence Project has gotten hundreds of wrongful convictions thrown out through DNA testing. Roughly 3/4 of those reversals were convictions obtained largely through eyewitness testimony.

https://poll.qu.edu/images/polling/fl/f ... ntj57.pdf/
In the Florida U.S. Senate race, which could be critical to control of the Senate this year,
Democratic incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson moves into a 53 – 46 percent likely voter lead over Gov.
Rick Scott, the Republican challenger, according to a Quinnipiac University Poll released today
I think a result like this could put Cruz in big trouble, which would create a path for the Dems to take the Senate while still losing both in MO and ND.

There was a poll that came out today that showed that Scott was up 50-38 with Hispanics.

Dave Wasserman came out with a little explainer on that. The one group that Trump is performing better with now, than in 2016 are Cuban Americans. And because they are on average older than the general population average, have disproportionate influence in midterms. (so basically Cuban America likes Trump, and are likely to vote in the mid terms.)
