At this point I'm probably just gonna make a list of better countries and find out how to move to them.
My good friend packed up and moved to Ecuador because of this **** hole country. Loves it down there.
If I was single with no kids. I’d be moving on. This isn’t even close to the bullshit “greatest country on earth.”

Also, curriculum book and I'm quite sure library books all get approved by either the school or the district. So if they've passed and approval process why would someone else be responsible for notifying parents? Maybe parents should monitor their kids if there's a worry about what they're reading?

If you don't teach them about it they won't figure out what goes where, right?

It’s truly amazing. Completely unraveled this country and left it for dead after the SC turned it into a theocracy.

And what would be considered "sexually explicit content"?
I'm worried about things like "teaching while gay" for homosexual educators. Like, something as basic as a teacher just being gay will cause some administrator to lose their mind.

This is that push shyster says the gop isn’t making.
and the one tif says there isn't support for. maybe not in CA
What tif said was that this push doesn't have the kind of reach beyond true believers that abortion did/does.

This is the discretion we are living under. Scotus is not acting in an impartial way.
Mr. Kennerly was wrong on the "remain in Mexico case."

Yes and no. There were def people that crossed because she was a weak pick but Trump also hit a sweet spot coming along at a tipping point where his rhetoric had the most impact it possibly could. As soon as him making fun of a disabled person AND saying “grab’em by the *****.” didn’t sink him it was over.

The public was tired of the status quo, Hillary was a very safe and uninspiring pick, and the tried and true nationalist/facist program of strength, it’s foreigner’s fault, and the progressive left is bad had the the perfect storm to put a wild card in power because at least it was something different.

What a disaster.

Obviously the environmental impact will be massive, probably a 2-3 decades left for life as we know it now. But this of course is going to open up the flood gates on the authority of all the executive agencies.

I'm sure that right now the Firearms Policy Coalition is drafting a complaint to sue the BATFE over its repeated reinterpretations of what a "receiver" is and its pulled-out-of-its-ass ban on bump stocks, which it repeatedly said were legal before saying they were illegal. Get ready for legal bump stocks and "ghost guns" for everyone!

judges everywhere are losing their minds:
https://www.11alive.com/article/news/cr ... b73703810a

Cliffnotes:
rich lawyer is riding in the back seat of an SUV, his wife is in the front passenger seat. a friend is driving them through one of the nicest parts of Atlanta yet the lawyer is sitting with a loaded revolver on his lap "for protection". he "falls asleep" and the gun goes off shooting his wife in the back and she dies. husband claims it was completely accidental, jury doesn't buy it. prosecutors contend he killed her for the money.
GA Supreme Court overturns the conviction because the jury wasn't allowed to consider involuntary manslaughter.

"Sexually explicit content." Shall include the following:(1) Materials that contain visual or visually implied depictions of sexual conduct or simulations of sexual conduct.(2) Materials that contain explicit written descriptions of sexual conduct.(3) Materials that contain visual depictions of nudity accessible to minors in kindergarten through grade eight.

"Sexual content." Acts of masturbation, sexual intercourse, sexual bestiality or physical contact with a person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, buttocks or, if the person is a female, breast.

Just make suppressors available without having to wait. Just wait until people realize it doesn't make them sound like the movies.

I'm a revolver guy. I own enough revolvers that to count them up, one would run out of fingers and have to use more than a few toes. Revolvers do not just "go off."

For kindergarten through 8th grade? That seems reasonable.
