McConnell and Graham are in the Senate so my guess is we'll see similar tactics.

There is something to be said for how bad it may actually be for the PR wing of the Democrat party CNN to want to jump out ahead of a story like this.

So say this is the FISA document that launched the investigation, what happens if it is found to have been severely abused and shouldn’t have been submitted because they broke the law? Do the people that got charged in the investigation have a chance of getting out of prison?

So say this is the FISA document that launched the investigation, what happens if it is found to have been severely abused and shouldn’t have been submitted because they broke the law? Do the people that got charged in the investigation have a chance of getting out of prison?

Just a waste of time, thus far, this sounds like a thorough process audit. I'm sure if the DOJ were to conduct this type of years long exam on any inter-agency investigation, they would uncover a mishap of this type.
