I feel bad for Afghanis that the US came in and made a larger mess than if we didn’t interfere at all but it’s Vietnam all over again

We should give immediate citizenship or whatever to anyone that aided the US to protect them from the Taliban but other than that, we need to cut our losses

Apparently fear that the GOP lead PA government will cut funds to the university is part of the consideration in not putting a vaccine mandate in place.

Is that true? Or is it just an easy place to put blame? I don't know...

From the outside looking in, it definitely seems that 'Taliban' is more closely in line with the natural flow state of the people than whatever the US had been trying.

Jalalabad fell to Taliban without resistance. Kabul is now the very last major city in Afghanistan not captured yet.

This, and more, happening right outside of the LAPD HQ. The other videos are just as bad, with the cops either doing absolutely nothing, or getting there late (long walk across the street?).

It’s no wonder people simply cannot trust the police in certain areas.

Am I understanding this Rand Paul theory correctly? He’s invested heavily in companies that make covid treatments not covid vaccines and the theory is he’s pushing no masks, no vaccines, and back to normal life so that the treatment companies make more money?

First, I don’t think that’s the case. I think he’s still just pandering to the morons.

Secondly, if that is the case… he’s an absolute monster of a human. Like right hand man to the devil kind of stuff.

Correlation does not mean causation. That said, there is a gross appearance of a conflict of interest.

More just brings into question how investments should be monitored for congressmen and women. Private businesses that deal with non-public information have to follow strict rules. It’s not like the government can’t appropriately monitor a couple hundred people’s investments
