Two things:

1. I'm a bit disappointed they haven't tried to finish out the map.

2. We're not just going to stand here and let them beat us like that, are we? Let's be the first country in the world to invade every country in the world!

i wouldn't be surprised if the practice of confession began in a pretty nefarious way. these days, i don't think it's like that, though.
I could hardly be called "Pro-RC".

Paris survivors from the January 9 hostage situation are suing some of the Parisian media.
Patrick Klugman, a lawyer representing the group of six, said broadcasts from the scene during the siege “lacked the most basic precautions” and endangered those still alive inside.

Klugman singled out the 24-hour news channel BFMTV, which revealed live on air that the six – including a three-year-old child and a one-month-old baby – were hiding from Coulibaly in the cold room.

The lives of those hiding “could have been at risk if Coulibaly had been aware in real time what BFMTV was broadcasting,” Klugman said, adding that the gunman followed the coverage of his raid on different channels and had been in contact with BFMTV journalists.
No real surprise, since apparently the owner of BFMTV congratulated himself on Twitter for the channel's highest ratings the day after the Charlie Hebdo murders.

Hindsight is 20/20 and it is easy to say now it was a waste, which it was. But two years ago I would have thought he probably should have gotten it. Although it's hard to say not knowing all the circumstances and who would have gotten it instead.

Also, the mom said he had troubles, but thought that he deserved a second chance. What else would you expect a mother to say?
Revisiting this heart transplant story from the other day, I discovered some more details that are even more enraging.

Apparently that was this piece of trash's SECOND heart. His first heart failed because he refused to take his medication and was "non-compliant", which is the medical term. The hospital was going to deny him, but people stirred up a s**tstorm accusing them of racism, yelling "Black lives matter", etc. So, finally folding under pressure, they gave this piece of trash a SECOND heart two years ago. A heart which he used to go on to do wonderful things like shoot at elderly people, hit a woman and shatter her legs with his car, and eventually get killed.

THIS is what I am talking about when I am talking about the power of the social justice warriors on the Internet and elsewhere. Forget the facts...this was just some poor black kid that never did nothin wrong, and the evil white doctors were plotting to kill him because of his lack of white privilege. So a ghetto thug receives two hearts, and hundreds of others since then have died waiting for one. F this kid's family too, they are just as complicit.

If that was his second heart.. then yeah that's pretty messed up. Especially if one decided to not take medication causing the heart to be rejected.

I was thinking of drawing up a procedure for us to create a mock constitution on the other place a while back, just to see what we would come up with. obviously we lost the location to do it in, but since were here now...

And a big reason why there are as many un-invaded countries as there are is because those countries didn't even exist when the British were all empirey. Certainly couldn't have been lack of effort.

Yeah, that's my point. 21 un-invaded countries out of 200 or so in the world is a lot for an Empire to leave on the table.
