This is what I see someone I have great respect for in general (outside of politict) post on facebook this morning... *sigh*

"New phase in America starts; two things about this has my attention.
First, are there really that many people out there getting organized to conduct some kind of attack either at federal or state levels? OR is this just more over reporting to generate fear and further divide the nation? And to what real benefit? Unlike radical ANTIFA there is no one person or group providing funding and direction or maybe there is, guess we will know soon enough, give it 30 days.
Second what sweeping changes for the good of EVERYONE will the administration do the the first 100 days? With control of both the parts of congress, will it be pandering to special interests or truly for the good of us all?
Guess all we can do is wait and see what happens and what spin it used by conventional media.
Stay safe and hope for the best, love the Democratics or hate them, we are all in this together.

Quick anecdote. Former Dallas Stars pxp guy on Fox Sports Southwest, Ralph Strangis, went on Press Your Luck in like 1985 or so, won about eight grand and spent it all on cocaine...as was the style at the time. I can't imagine doing anything different in that space and time haha

I think I said it a while back, but if I were Biden, given the circumstances, I'd do the swearing in quickly, and go right to the White House to get to work. No celebration, no frivolity, no concerts... we're still in the middle of a pandemic, get to work old man.

With that said, I'm not watching any of it.
