I suppose I don't understand the "silence" from these folks. Collins, Murkowski, Romney have all previously and currently show disdain for him and say he needs to stop, haven't they? Sasse has too, I believe. Toomey just said on Friday or Saturday that Trump needs to stop and Biden is the president elect.

I mean, if you're looking for them to come out guns ablazin'... I just don't know what to tell ya.

Like it or not, I believe the GOP has allowed themselves to be consumed by what Trump is selling. Nobody is speaking up, because they need that base group to keep going.

It's probably one of the larger reasons why I am just refusing to claim any political side anymore. Trumpism is too extreme for me, and I'll maybe come back if it tones down, but I don't know how you put the ketchup back in the bottle.

I mean, I realize CNN is not Breitbart, but we've seen before how these trial balloons are tossed out for consumption so that the campaign can gauge reaction, etc...

I'd be confident in saying that no matter who Biden appoints to these positions, Freddy likely will not be thrilled with the pick. That's not to say they're bad picks, nor to say that Freddy is wrong in thinking they're bad, it's just that I know Biden's politics, I know Freddy's politics. They don't mix well.

Literally none of Trump's picks were good for my politics, but that is also true.

I realize Trump broke everyone's brains, yet I think the Activist Left is badly mistaken to think that Biden's cabinet will be anything other than technocratic liberal neo-globalist in composition. That means a ton of old white guys who Joe has known for forty years.
