The pandering is always so cringeworthy. Though the comments say he was invited by the choir

Puerto Rico Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced fired the island's emergency management director on Saturday, after a video showing aid sitting unused in a warehouse went viral on social media. Some of the aid has allegedly been sitting in the warehouse since Hurricane Maria struck in 2017.

"There are thousands of people who have made sacrifices to help those in the south, and it is unforgivable that resources were kept in the warehouse," Vázquez said in a statement.

Hmm. So it was mismanagement and neglect on the part of the Puerto Rican government?

New York Times picks both ladies.

This whole process has been substantially more entertaining than meaningful. The exchange where buttedge looks at the guy asking him about the Canadian price fixing scheme, like he was about to murder him. And Biden being like “what the hell was that” when his phone rang. But to top it off by endorsing the two women and framing it like, “well, looks like this unique democratic primary had us having to decide between left and center left, and change versus pragmatism”.

Pretty much sums up the entirety of the nytimes editorial team. Saying things that are either blatantly obvious or completey absurd, then proclaiming these points as enlightening and profound because your head is jammed so far up your ass.

Someone posted a tweet on my FB feed that sort of blew my mind a bit...

Anne Frank, MLK, and Barbara Walters were all born in 1929. For some reason, if feels like Anne Frank was like 200 years ago, MLK was 100 years ago, and Barbara Walters is just an old lady. I guess some of the older members on this board might feel differently, but that fact was my "huh... weird." moment for the day.

Of course, I haven't seen what Trump is up to yet today, so it can get weirder.... :slug:

That’s actually pretty crazy. One of those things that puts historical timelines in better perspective. Like the Civil War veteran reunion videos.

But how would they let everybody know how big their d*cks are if they're not allowed to openly carry an assault rifle through the middle of downtown while wearing a ski mask?

It’s below freezing. The ski masks are to stay warm. Not like antifa where the sole purpose is to conceal their identity because they are breaking the law.

I've often wondered about this projection.

Why would carrying a firearm be a testimony to one's capacity to fill boxer briefs?

It's almost like people are allowed to like different things...or something.
