It wasn't a house (well, if it was it was also a business); it was an FFL (licensed gun dealer).
Illegal gun sales?

Operating outside the scope of their FFL license, or somesuch. Shyster posted about it a ways back.

From what I understand, the accusation is that the FFL* was also manufacturing firearms, which exceeds the scope of that license. You need a manufacturer's license to make guns. The FFL only lets you buy and sell them, so if the person who was raided was in fact making guns, then he or she is headed to prison.

FFLs do not have to operate out of storefronts. They aren't as common as they used to be for a number of reasons, but there are absolutely "kitchen table" FFLs who operate out of their own homes. A lot of those guys do stuff like process the background checks for online gun sales and ship and receive guns that are being sold or traded online. It takes maybe 15 minutes to do something like a standard NICS/PICS check, and the common charge for that is around $20–$40. Run a dozen or so of those every week, and that's a pretty nice side income.

*Federal firearms licensee. The federal license needed to buy a sell guns as a business.

Latest uproar from the Trump haters is people getting upset about a supporter saying “shoot them” in regards to illegals. Trump responded “only in the panhandle could you get away with that statement”.

So what? Honestly while I may not actually go that far, I feel you need to consider it sometimes. A lot of you really don’t get how much of a problem this is, and that is the real alarming thing.

STEM School students walked out of a vigil tonight after @RepJasonCrow & @SenatorBennet spoke. Students said their grief was being politicized. They later returned, took the mic, and some said they didn't want to be used to promote gun control. #copolitics #9NEWS

I don’t fully agree with the comment, but you have to admit Trump does an amazing job playing to his crowd.

Yep.

Maybe next time the frauds on the left won’t try to cheat the system and their fraud voters won’t nominate an unelectable piece of ****.

This thread is like 90% biased against one party. There isn’t much opportunity to defend the other.

Considering the 18 year old shooter took the two hand guns from his parents. Not sure how the gun control peeps have anything to say...

Are the parents going to face legal repercussions for allowing access or easy access that enabled their kids to get hands on something not registered to them?
