The Trump Foundation has agreed to dissolve.

Regarding the self proclaimed "law and order" president.

Underwood said her investigation found "a shocking pattern of illegality involving the Trump Foundation – including unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing, and much more."

Sullivan says they raise "issues that may call into question his guilty plea."

Sullivan asks Flynn if he wishes to challenge the circumstances under which he was interviewed.

I think the stated position is that the NRA is opposed to bump stocks. So basically the crux of this debate is, that the gun right's folks were always against bump stocks, so it's the democrats fault that they didn't approach them about this ban when Obama was President.

of course they'll back down. and just like everything else he does, he'll claim it a victory and people will eat it up.

He's a petty grifter and there are definitely tons of small times schemes like this going. Though most people engaged in these schemes would avoid the sort of spotlight that running for POTUS creates.

I think Flynn is going to get jail time:

The judge asked prosecutors whether Michael Flynn could have also been charged in the indictment against his two former business partners at a Virginia courthouse yesterday. The government’s response: “Yes.”

The government also confirmed Flynn’s “exposure” in the case would have been “significant.”

No one has a bump stock any more. Everyone who did own a bump stock lost it in a tragic boating accident. They all fell overboard. So sad.
