Reality check. What is your point?
If it's acceptable for those countries to ban people from other countries, when what expectation of free travel should they have? Or put another way, why should Yemenis, Libyans, etc. take offense at a denial of free travel when they deny that right to others (based on religious hatred, no less)? Why should we support (through free travel) nations that express such hate and intolerance?

I'm mostly pointing out the hypocrisy of all of the world leaders (including leaders in the countries in question) acting outraged at this executive order even though six of the seven countries have their own travel bans—not necessarily hypocrisy on the part of anyone here.

Wow, he's really losing his **** about being asked why there was no mention of the Jews. Probably has nothing to do with a senior advisor being antisemitic.
This is losing his ****? Tweets about it are in single digits, lets not reach here.

On a related note(but not directed at you), we dont need to go back to the 90s to find ammunition, that looks silly and petty. Try to keep the moderates on your side and just point out his insanity from...1/30/17.

Well, he sent Spicer out there to call people pathetic and I'm also judging his response by how Reince acted when questioned about it.

This is most certainly a non-issue, it's the WH blowing it out of proportion. From the transcripts I saw, Preibus acted like an ass as soon as the question was broached. So yeah, losing his **** is appropriate IMO when they wont simply say something like "trump acknowledges holocaust, feels sorry for the jews, blah blah, whatever". That they're digging their heels in on this says way more about Trump than it does the press.

I was really just making fun of trump. It might be too soon, his threshold for losing his **** is very blurred for me.

That Spicer dude seems like the kind of guy who would get upset at reading a passive aggressive post on facebook not even directed at him.

Ha, I have no context for digesting your posts. I'm guessing you are somewhere between Mikey and C2I, but I have no clue where you are on that spectrum.

And I recall being told that I shouldn't worry about Trump doing anything to gay rights. Hmmm.

Ah. Well...yeah. No argument there.

For the most part...

I have gay family who dates someone who can't go back to visit his family now (and he's a surgeon in Pittsburgh) , so in literally 2 weeks his life could be turned upside down (not that it isn't right now I guess). But at least he's safe here, right?

I just came across something that said this EO would allow people to refuse service to someone if that person interferes with their religious beliefs. Im all for that. It would be great to run some bigots out of business. Based on the conditions i read, this would be a good thing long term. Im sure the EO ends up more disgusting than that, but if thats the way its written, it wont be all bad.
