If doxxing judges is now wrong, someone should tell all the people who posted the home addresses of SCOTUS justices and then protested outside their houses.

It would be hilarious if in response to the sad "he declassified everything" attempt at excuse mongering, The White House produced a memo stating that all materials that has been de-classified His Trumpfulness had been re-classified in like 2021, and a memo directing the return of such materials was sent to Trump 18 months ago and that's what the earlier subpoena was for.

No.

Section 793(d) is not restricted to classified materials. Rather, it covers any document “relating to the national defense” that contains information that the possessor has reason to believe would be detrimental to the United States if made public. Here, the search warrant return states that documents seized from Mar-A-Lago include “classified/TS/SCI documents” (meaning Top Secret or Secure Compartmentalized Information), “Top Secret Documents,” “Secret Documents,” and “Confidential Documents.”

Even if former President Trump de-classified these documents before his term ended, the information contained in those documents would still fall squarely within Section 793(d).

Unless it's broken--and the gun in question absolutely was not--a Single Action Army will not fire from the hammer being pulled back without the trigger also being pulled. The FBI has now confirmed that Baldwin was lying when he claimed to have never pulled the trigger. Now charge that dadhole with negligent homicide.
