The four cases sent back for do-overs because they were decided under the now-rejected "intermediate scrutiny" test are:

Young v. Hawaii — Challenges Hawaii’s ban on open carry.

Bianchi v. Frosh — Challenges Maryland’s “assault weapons” ban.

ANJRPC v. Grewal — Challenges New Jersey’s “high capacity” magazine ban.

Duncan v. Bonta — Challenges California’s “high capacity” magazine ban.

And what would be considered "sexually explicit content"?
"Sexually explicit content." Shall include the following:(1) Materials that contain visual or visually implied depictions of sexual conduct or simulations of sexual conduct.(2) Materials that contain explicit written descriptions of sexual conduct.(3) Materials that contain visual depictions of nudity accessible to minors in kindergarten through grade eight.

"Sexual content." Acts of masturbation, sexual intercourse, sexual bestiality or physical contact with a person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, buttocks or, if the person is a female, breast.
For kindergarten through 8th grade? That seems reasonable.
Luckily my 8th grade girlfriend and I figured out how to work the equipment without instruction.

I'm confused by "sexual bestiality." Is there such a thing as non-sexual bestiality?

Seems like malpractice to prevent teaching sex ed to middle schoolers.

We had our first bit in 4th grade. Repeat in 5th. Big unit on it in 6th grade that got into more specifics. 9th grade health class was the finishing touches/most in-depth.

Banning sex ed for kids 12-15 just makes them dumber to the realities and consequences of sex. It would basically drag PA students down to Alabama and Mississippi levels for sex ed.

Big unit, heh.

I only recall having a sex ed course in 7th or 8th grade.

We had it in elementary school but it was 'you need to wear deodorant' and 'why is there hair there' kind of stuff.

What tif said was that this push doesn't have the kind of reach beyond true believers that abortion did/does.
They're the same people
This is pretty much what I'm talking about:

The abortion issue has female advocates, potential mothers on their side, saying "Yes, please, regulate this, for it is Wrong." And on a fairly wide scale.

What is the LGBTQ+ equivalent of "The call is coming from inside the house!"?

The call doesn’t need to come from inside the house. Women make up half the electorate so you needed their pro-life support. There’s no necessity to try to get LQBTQ voters to act against their freedoms, there aren’t enough of them for it to matter.

The feminists that trans advocates call TERFs?

TERFs are not as a whole part of the queer community. Some TREFs are queer, but I'd say the vast majority are not. However, pointing to trans people's issues is certainly applicable. There are many people in the community that just don't care or actively ignore trans issues.

I had 0.0 about it (that I remember) until a few health classes in Catholic high school and they didn't say much.

We had the “this is your body talk” in 5th grade. Didn’t take Sex Ed until freshman year.

Does kissing count as sexual behavior? Every young adult novel heads to the Hitler pile.

Yeah, I think I got like a "you're gonna smell...there's hair...sometimes you pop a rando..." in 5th grade (my parents had to sign a permission slip I believe)...and then the real, "here's how you use all three of her holes at once" stuff wasn't until like 8th or so...?

We had a 3rd grade and 5th grade lesson. But it was just a day’s worth and just the smelly and hair stuff. There was nothing beyond that.
