I just feel that take on humanity, and the take on the typical gun owner is really out of whack with reality. I could certainly be wrong though.

That's fine. I don't expect you or anyone else to agree; different people have different worldviews. I just hope you would agree that my conclusions are based on reasoned considerations, even if you completely disagree with them.

I heard today that there are actually people out there who are against abortion even in the case of ectopic pregnancies. I guess I’m not convinced there are more than a few. If those few would like to stop by my house and tell my wife she should have died along with the baby we agonizingly lost who was never going to have any chance of being viable, let me know so I can start the popcorn.
I’d venture to guess that most of those people don’t even know what an ectopic pregnancy is. I had never heard of it until my wife had one. Hers got to the point that her tube ruptured and she had to have emergency surgery.
I was away for work in NYC and got the call that she was being taken to the ER at 8 pm or so. Too late to get a flight home and had to spend the night worrying and get the first flight out the next morning. I remember calling my boss and him saying “why the hell are you calling me, go home!” She also had emergency surgery, lost the baby of course and the tube as well.i mean seriously, an ectopic pregnancy will not make it and if it’s illegal to “abort”- I wouldn’t even call it abortion really- you lose both the baby and the mother. I’d be a widower now and my boys wouldn’t have their mom.

Two years later after finally starting to look into adoption her other tube finally worked and we got our daughter.

I also don't think the justice married to a white woman would vote to overturn interracial marriage.
Oh.

Oh, look, one of those events that never happens in other countries.

Let me know it happens nearly as often there as it does here in the good ole USA.

Oh wait it doesn't and never will.

One thing that is missing the mark is everyone focusing on Clarence Thomas. Guys, we all know he’s **** looney tune and has been one for years

The focus should be on Gorsuch and Kavanaugh blatantly lying to congress under oath. Two justices who are supposed to be the morality of the country essentially crossed their fingers under the table when speaking to America. **** the two of them hard
The focus should be on the legislative branch who had 60 years to codify it into law but didnt
Yup. There’s plenty of blame to go around.

As to Mimh’s little tantrum… I specifically said people that voted Bernie and then trump. In those three states alone, the number of voters that did that are about double the margin trump won by. If you’re voting third party due to them having policies you agree with, fine. You’re still naive when it comes to the presidency, but fine. But those voters weren’t doing that. They threw, well… a tantrum… because their guy didn’t win the primary.

When in doubt, blame the black guy or the Jewish woman.

Theoretically, in a state where abortion is now illegal, could one potentially challenge that they can take out a life insurance policy on an unborn child...?

One other thing of interest is that abortions are permitted in Judaism and I believe the satanists (a recognized religion federally). Seems as though not permitting abortions might infringe upon religious rights.

Islam allows abortion until 120 days after conception.

Pretty sure that would be up to an insurance company willing to offer the policy

My wife watched the first couple episodes last night. I want to like it but that Edith Bunker voice affectation might be too much for me.

If only they had good guys with guns like the USA, that really stops these things from happening. Self defense and all.

Brown overturned Plessy, right...? So, I assume the angle is that "Supreme decisions aren't forever"...but it's just a dumb way of doing so...
