Hey, maybe this is what everyone needs to see that elections have consequences and people will vote in record numbers going forward.

It’s quite a psychotic world view for sure.

We were told in this thread over and over that Roe V Wade would not be overturned.

Yeah, the more I think about what shyster wrote, the less I agree with it. A substantial chunk of humanity is willing to prey on others? I don’t believe this is true, although substantial is a subjective term and there are many levels of what would be considered preying on others. Preying on someone in non violent ways, ways that a gun would do absolutely no good, is by far the most common method.

And then taking it to the end times extreme, and what we’d do to our friend if we needed to feed our child…. In what plausible scenario would it happen that you have a choice between killing a neighbor and feeding a child? If you’re at that point, that means you’re screwed either way, and most people wouldn’t choose to kill another person.

I just feel that take on humanity, and the take on the typical gun owner is really out of whack with reality. I could certainly be wrong though.
Libertarians haven't evolved in centuries, so it's not surprising that they would hold these seemingly archaic viewpoints about humanity.

Yeah, republican officials actually deliver the things they promise their voters. All democrats do is demand they be elected to prevent republicans from doing those things.

This is not a viable system of governance.

Number of Trump's children who've been aborted? Over/Under 5.

Whatever that number is, it should be higher.

All well and good - so stop losing in areas that are costing you elections. Liberals do this great fear mongering bit, but don't push forward hardly anywhere.

They should be campaigning full-stop that these next elections for congress and senate are the most critical in American History. They should actually do things to make things better.

A world of **** is coming next elections. That much is true, I think.

Huge celebration for an oddball coalition of hardcore "Evangelicals" and Catholics today. Congrats. Price of gas gonna make sure their power grows for the next 2 years.

Do you blame RBG 100% here for not retiring when she should have? Have to assume yes.

Who cares. Are people from California not worth as much as some loser from Missouri?

Abolish the electoral colleges and let the rurals rot

Where are we anticipating the biggest impact of this decision to occur? I'm assuming places like Louisiana and Alabama and will obviously disproportionately impact minorities and the impoverished. Where else?

Probably any state that restricts abortion in some capacity - because I would wager most people who want/need abortions won't have the money to travel to a state that does/pay for an abortion.

Don't most states already have legislations that were superseded by the federal ruling
