I bought a hammock and am currently recognizing it was the wisest decision ever, especially in this weather.

Just remember, hammocks and Old Granddad don't mix. Those things are damn dangerous if you don't have all your faculties at 100%

The weekend was indeed perfect. Wall to wall sunshine, temps in the low 70s, nights in the low 50s, and zero humidity. Wish it wasn't over.

Yeah, my Dad treated his lawn a few weeks ago. That stuff that you have to apply during morning dew and then have rain the next day. It hasn't rained in two weeks and now his lawn is wrecked.

That week of spring was real nice. Hope it happens again next year.
Was 95F when passing through Monroeville on the way home.

He can't hose it down or put in sprinkler hoses?

That's what I said, but apparently not. I dunno. It's his lawn, I don't tell him what to do with it.

It does feel like that 70s sweet spot is so hard to hit.

0.14" of rain over the last 11 days, lawn is struggling. Worst part about summer, you can get absolutely nothing while someone five miles from you gets three downpours in a week.
