That's certainly plausible. Looking at long-range models, there isn't really a big polar influx of air looking into the beginning of March. It may be seasonably cold between now and then, but I think we've possibly seen the last of the bitter cold until next year.

There was a forecast back home that was calling for 13 on Friday. They moved the line on me and it's now calling for a low of 18.

This might be the first time that I've questioned a forecast for not being cold enough during the winter.
