Can't speak for Europe, but it is a beautiful damn week in Pennsylvania. Cooling off nicely at night, humidity tolerable, etc.
I turned off the air on Monday night after the storms.

It will probably go back on tonight or tomorrow.

The weather this morning is outstanding. Sunny with a light chill in the air, and low humidity.

Fall mornings are my favorite mornings, and this morning felt like a fall morning.

Agreed x3. I always take a week off in the fall for that reason, just to relax around the house.

That is the *best* time of year to take random staycation days.

Heck yes it is. Might consider taking two weeks off next year - I bump up to 25 PTO days in 2020.

Massive thunderstorms at the beach are a sight to behold. Just nonstop lightning over the ocean.

Two weeks with no weather griping; and that includes microbursts that knocked down buildings in Millvale and Lawrenceville. Nice. I think full apathy is setting in.

I have a press event at the Jersey shore on Friday morning and it looks like I'll be taking the rest of the day off.

Never made it out of the mid-70s down here yesterday. A little rain in the morning, but mostly due to heavy cloud cover. Still a touch humid, naturally, but felt wonderful. A little Fall tease...

Was hot in the sun yesterday, but once it set we ended up firing up the patio heater for the ladies who were cold. Great day

Dorian is now projected to strength rapidly and head right into Central Florida as a major hurricane. I think this one has been lulling people to sleep...the tropics have been very quiet and this wasn't initially even supposed to make landfall.

Heyyy...guess who's driving to Tampa on Friday to drop a friend's second car to his new house?

Ugh.
