Still a little early to tell for the holidays, but it will be above normal through the 17th at least. We will still get a cold day here and there.

When we discussed it here earlier they reported she was dead en route.

My assumption was she had a medical event that led to her driving into the river and then she succumbed to exposure. Something similar happened to the daughter of my first work supervisor that I had after the military. She had a seizure and drove into a creek in NC. Really sad.

All the videos I saw cut off right as soon as they pulled her from the car. That would be insane to watch.

What happened to the car? Is it still there? I assume they will probably just leave it?

I noticed that the Storm Prediction Center had that area in a pretty high risk of severe weather/tornadoes yesterday. But man, that's sad.
