To me, Queen ended April 20, 1992. I don't mean to be disrespectful to May, Taylor and Deacon (and whoever plays bass on tour now), but that's just the way it is for me.just bought tickets for Queen (with Adam Lambert filling in for Freddy Mercury) in Nashville this August. should be quite an elaborate show!

no, I totally get that and thought the same thing but I've heard that Lambert is incredible in the "Freddy Mercury role". I feel it's worth $80 of my money and a fun roadtrip to NashVegas. To me, Queen ended April 20, 1992. Got Club Box seats for Garth Brooks in Philly. Hope it's as entertaining as it was 19 years ago.

I haven't seen Metallica since they were here in 04 at the Igloo(when I had backstage passes)... but I honestly hate stadium shows.. and travelling to Philly or DC just doesn't seem worth it to me. If they would have came to Heinz or PNC I would have went... they haven't been to Pittsburgh in 13 years now it's insane... prior to 04 they didn't come here for like 6 years though... so yeah.
Still my favorite band ever but I think I'm just getting too old for this big ass shows.

Not happy about driving that far, but Metallica has been my favorite band all my life, and I've yet to see them. They're the only one of the Big Four I haven't seen yet.

I wonder if those kids in my HS graphic arts class, who made Trapped Up Ice tshirts, are still Metallica fans.
