How does a band with a huge following like Phish get stuck playing The Pete? Guess I could say the same thing about Tool and Green Day.

IIRC they've never played there. Played Mellon and Palumbo back in the 90s, and have done a few at Star Lake/First Niagara/whatever it's currently called.

My guess is they're playing there and at Wright State's place in preparation for their 13-night run (non-consecutive) at MSG right after it. They also haven't played an indoor show in Pittsburgh since the 90s. Perhaps Corporate Energy Center said no.

Depending on the comedian, I'd pay it.

I just bought tickets to the 10pm Burr show, got seats 66 and 68 in my section, score.

They were $49 each direct from the Cultural Trust. 7pm show is pretty much sold out but most sections still available for the 10pm, tickets went on sale this morning.

No idea, that seat is literally as far away from mine as you can get.

They were 122 on the Benedum website, Pittsburgh Trust Arts has them for $50 plus fees. No brainer.

Edit: dodint beat me to the punch. Definitely attending the 10 PM show.

Theater seating isn't generally labeled the same way. Odds are next to each other on one side, evens on the other side. That way you know what side you're on compared to the orchestra or whatever...

And Burr is one of the funniest stand up guys out there...

Glad you saw it in time. :thumb:

I had a choice between Row U in the Orchestra or row DD in the balcony so we went with the balcony seats.

All the seats are the same price everywhere. Wish I had remembered to login at 10am when they went on sale. 'Om kind of blew it for me by bumping this thread late.

Glad I happened to click the thread. Snagged V 21 in the orchestra section. I've seen Tom Segura twice, saw Joey Diaz once, and I can't wait to see Bill Burr.
