Is Liberty considered FBS?
They are still 1-AA but they're moving to 1-A in 2019.

10-4. It looks like this is their first "transition" year where they are neither FCS or FBS, considered FCS but not eligible for FCS playoffs.

I cannot express how much I hate this 15-yard penalty on the coach nonsense. Fine them after the game but stop taking the game out of the players hands.

Coaches are the ones taking it out of the kids' hands, not the refs. Stop acting like total jackass babies on the sidelines. It's the same as in basketball with handing out technical fouls. It's long past time that football officials start throwing flags on these idiots prancing all over the field wailing their opposition to a call.

No one except middle aged dudes like you care about the coaches doing it, and in 90% or more of instances the next play starts and everyone moves on. A 15-yard penalty is enormous compared to free throw for a technical. If they made it a 5-yard penalty I could live with it, but the one Holgerson was for being outside of the box, and it absolutely killed a potential scoring drive in a one-score game. Its a solution in search of a problem.
