Traffic Copter. Jennifer York and Scott "Sky Lord" Reiff. She was in the jump seat and was the cutest jump seat traffic reporter... Ever. He was guiding us through the freeway mess on Mark and Brian.

Oooohhhhh, sorry. Thought the thread was ... .... Never mind.

Lot of people must have taken the day off today. Probably one of my smoothest non-winter break commutes.

Wasn't a terrible drive in. Drama Ben was on the radio. Hines was supposed to be but they came back from break and never mentioned him again.

Saw a car with "JLW ESQ" vanity plate, that was about the worst thing that happened this morning.

Traffic seemed light on 65N, now that I think about it. Made it right across the Sweickley Bridge without waiting for a light.

Yep.

Philly traffic is very light today also according to all reports.

And let's not forget the protesters taking the day off.

Traffic was a nightmare for me. Two accidents within the neighborhood I live in, no idea how - that pretty much blocked us from leaving.

Maybe it was the dem safe spacers not allowing the people who have to work to leave for the day. /s

Protest on 7th/Grant at 5pm this evening. YUGE incentive to get out of here before then because that's my route out of the city.

Rode the bus today, got caught in traffic anyway.

Some jag in North Huntington or Norwin or whatever sheared off a power pole and knocked it and the lines into traffic on Rt. 30. Delayed about 20 minutes. Had enough emergency services on scene that I thought it was a plane crash or something.

Sitting in front of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel in Park. Hope whoever caused this loses their license.

Parkway North has a rolled tractor trailer truck blocking all lanes I guess. Great day.

We got no snow and all of the traffic today. That overturned trailer on 279 had to suck.

My commute is 3-5 minutes to the highway, 8-10 minutes on the highway and then my place of work is right off that highway. Super easy. On my way there this morning, getting on the highway, some dude in the right hand lane has stopped to allow the traffic coming from the ramp to merge... wtf? I'm sure he thought he was just being nice, but with the snow and whatnot, that's a terrible idea. Not saying I didn't take full advantage of it though.

I had one of the easier commutes I've had on a normal day.

Maybe people called off or decided they'd go in late. There was no snow whatsoever.

I live way up in north Palm Beach County and work in Boca Raton, FL. I know, tough life shut up. My traffic though is totally insane. I can have a great day where I am home in 35 minutes or an absolute bear of a 90 minute commute. It all depends on what version of Florida Man shows up.

Were there school delays? Many parents staying home for delays lighten our traffic.

My new commute is awesome. Got in my car at last night at 6:03 and was home, including a detour to pick up my dogs, by 6:30. The last time I had a commute that short I lived so close to the office I walked. That was sixteen years ago.

I know one of the school I pass didn't. Maybe the other one did.

I left work a little early and got caught in that anyway.

The death penalty to rubber neckers. One car nearly stkopped to keep gawking. This was long after the fire was put out, about 4:15pm.

I was driving on the Florida Turnpike Sunday night, and we came up on a wreck that had to have happened in the last 30 seconds in the opposing lanes. It was hard to see much because it was silhouetted against the headlights behind it, but it looked like one car on its roof and I could see people running around frantically. When it's your day...

Also this weekend, I passed not one, but two cars completely engulfed on the side of the road. The first one, the fire department was just arriving on scene, and for the second, no responders were there yet. I don't think I've driven by two fully engulfed cars in the last 10 years....

I got held up this morning and missed it.

Have to drive tomorrow since I'm getting the wife from the airport. I will ride it Friday though, and rode it Tue.

Are you sure you weren't on the Venezuelan Turnpike?
