That pizza looks delicious. Also what the **** is a pizzaiolo? Is that Italian for pizza maker, which in my neck of the woods is typically code for high school dropout who can't find a less shitty job.

Anything burnt or tasting of burnt makes me gag...mostly because it's ******* disgusting...I'd send that pizza back to the pizzatrolololo to make me something edible...

Tony Gemignani. Tony's Pizza Napoletana, Pizza Rock, Tony's By The Slice. Ten locations, four cities, two states. They only offer 72 wood fired Margheritas per day (there's some significance to this number, but I don't remember it), and they usually sell out by around 4 or 5 pm.
