That pizza looks delicious. Also what the **** is a pizzaiolo? Is that Italian for pizza maker, which in my neck of the woods is typically code for high school dropout who can't find a less shitty job.

A *little* bit of occasional char is nice on a crust. That's approaching excessive.

I'd ask his friend the strombaiolo or calzoneaiolo to take a shot at it.

As a person with zero qualms about eating anything, your never ending list of food related issues amazes me.

Strictly speaking, they would both be pizzaiolos, too.

Hoagie isn't an Italian word, so if I had to guess I'd say panino. (Closest equivalent)

Tony Gemignani. Tony's Pizza Napoletana, Pizza Rock, Tony's By The Slice. Ten locations, four cities, two states. They only offer 72 wood fired Margheritas per day (there's some significance to this number, but I don't remember it), and they usually sell out by around 4 or 5 pm.

There's a Pizza Rock in Vegas. I'll have to try it the next time I'm there.
